The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District, has completed a $13.6 million renovation of the Child Development Center at Fort Campbell, which began in May 2024 and was turned over on December 16, 2025.
The project involved a comprehensive interior redesign to meet updated CDC design standards, including new LED lighting, flooring, plumbing, and a high-efficiency HVAC system. Safety upgrades included a new fire alarm system and enhanced force protection measures.
