Four Finalists Announced for Scotland's Life Sciences Awards 2026
Roslin Technologies, Wobble Genomics, Cancan Diagnostics, and Touchlab are finalists for Scotland's Life Sciences Awards 2026. Roslin Technologies provides animal cell lines for the cultivated meat industry. Wobble Genomics offers innovative RNA sequencing solutions. Cancan Diagnostics has developed a blood test for monitoring cancer progression in dogs. Touchlab focuses on tactile robotics and holds three patents.

Four companies have been named finalists for Scotland's Life Sciences Awards 2026. Roslin Technologies, a spinout from the Roslin Institute, supplies animal cell lines for the cultivated meat industry.
Wobble Genomics, also a spinout from the Roslin Institute, addresses RNA sequencing challenges for various applications. Cancan Diagnostics has created a blood test to track cancer in dogs. Touchlab, a student startup co-founded in 2018, specializes in tactile robotics and has secured three patents. The awards ceremony will take place on March 12.
