This order follows a feasibility study focusing on material qualification for additive manufacturing and testing, marking progress towards large-scale production.
In its 2025 annual report, Freemelt reported net sales of SEK 54.5 million ($5.9 million), up 172% from SEK 20 million ($2.17 million) in 2024, with a 40% increase in installed machines to 40 units.
