FTI Defense has appointed Matt Salter as Chief Growth Officer. CEO Jose Hidalgo noted Salter's experience will enhance the adoption of FTI's AI-powered technologies for national security. Salter previously spent 17 years at Noblis as vice president and CGO.

His role will focus on growth initiatives aligning with national security needs, emphasizing rapid solutions and integration with existing systems. FTI Defense operates in 34 states, developing AI analytics and cyber software for mission-critical operations.

In 2024, the company secured a spot on a potential $1 billion U.S. Space Force contract for military satellite systems.
