GA-ASI and Barzan Holdings Sign MOU for Advanced Battle Management Development
General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. (GA-ASI) and Barzan Holdings signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on January 19, 2026, during the Doha International Maritime Defence Exhibition and Conference (DIMDEX).
The MOU establishes a collaboration framework for developing advanced Battle Management software capabilities to enhance situational awareness and improve intelligence processing in multi-domain operations. This partnership emphasizes long-term cooperation and technological innovation between GA-ASI, GA-Intelligence, and Barzan Holdings, aimed at advancing interoperable command-and-control solutions for modern defense requirements. Attending the signing was Lieutenant General (Pilot) Jassim bin Mohammed Al Mannai, Chief of Staff of the Qatar Armed Forces.
