Galbot, a China-based humanoid robot developer, raised RMB 2.5 billion (around $350 million) in a funding round involving investors like the China Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund and Sinopec. The funding will be used to enhance its embodied AI models and advance commercialization projects.

Established in May 2023, Galbot has deployed its humanoid robots in sectors such as industrial manufacturing and healthcare. Previously, in December 2025, the company secured over $300 million in financing, achieving a valuation above RMB 20 billion and receiving thousands of orders from clients including CATL and Toyota.
