Gamuda and Samsung C&T Win RM2.7bn Contract for Australia's Marinus Link Project

Gamuda Bhd and Samsung C&T have secured a RM2.7 billion contract for the Marinus Link undersea cable project in Australia. Paramount Corp Bhd is acquiring 48.49 acres of leasehold land in Shah Alam for RM113.5 million through its subsidiary, with a six-year project valued at RM579 million.

Jati Tinggi Group Bhd won a RM117.2 million contract from Tenaga Nasional Bhd for a 275kV power supply to a Johor data centre. Muhibbah Engineering (M) Bhd will sell an offshore supply vessel for US$18 million (RM74 million), expected to complete by Q1 2026.

Silver Ridge Holdings Bhd secured a RM42.9 million contract to supply laptops to teachers in Sarawak. TSR Capital Bhd received a RM48 million contract for Stage 3 of Bandar Bukit Raja in Selangor. ITMax System Bhd has a RM36 million contract for AI-powered CCTV at Malaysian cross-border points.

Globaltec Formation Bhd's associate NuEnergy Gas Ltd signed an agreement to sell coal bed methane to Indonesia. Prestar Resources Bhd plans to acquire an industrial property for RM17 million. Apex Healthcare Bhd extended its takeover offer closing date to January 2, 2026.

YNH Property Bhd announced a board reshuffle post-AGM. Top Glove Corporation Bhd reported a 1QFY26 net profit of RM38.6 million, while Scientex Bhd's net profit for 1QFY26 increased to RM142.9 million. HI Mobility Bhd posted a net profit of RM14.8 million for 3QFY25.
