General Atomics Introduces Gambit 6 Unmanned Combat Aircraft with Air-to-Ground Capabilities
General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. (GA-ASI) has launched Gambit 6, an unmanned combat air vehicle (UCAV) designed as a Collaborative Combat Aircraft (CCA) with air-to-ground capabilities including suppression of enemy air defenses (SEAD) and electronic warfare. GA-ASI plans to begin international procurement in 2027, with European versions available by 2029, addressing security challenges particularly in the Indo-Pacific and Eastern Europe.

Its capabilities allow it to neutralize advanced threats while ensuring mission continuity without direct operator input. The Gambit platform shares 70% of its hardware across variants, facilitating rapid development and cost efficiency.
