Genesal Energy Reports €35 Million Revenue in 2025, Expands in Data Centers and Defense
Genesal Energy reported over €35 million in revenue for 2025, driven by its response to a power outage that ensured electrical supply to critical infrastructures like hospitals. The company is expanding its presence in Latin America and the data center market while also engaging in defense projects in Germany. Looking ahead, Genesal plans to enhance international expansion, factory size, and production capacity.

Genesal Energy exceeded €35 million in revenue in 2025, highlighting its response to the power outage on April 28, when it activated a crisis cabinet from its headquarters in Bergondo (A Coruña) to ensure electrical supply to hospitals and critical infrastructures. The company maintained operations in hospitals like CHUAC and others in Madrid and Toledo, emphasizing the role of generators in prolonged emergencies.
Internationally, Genesal is strengthening its presence in Latin America, particularly in Peru, where it has been developing projects for over 15 years. The growth of the data center market is another focus for 2025, with increased project volume in Spain and abroad, including participation in specialized events like DCD>Connect and DataCenter Forum.
In defense, the company is involved in projects in Germany for military facility operational continuity. For sustainability, Genesal obtained ISO 14006 certification for ecodesign and validated HVO as a biofuel for generators. Looking to 2026, the company plans international expansion, factory enlargement, and increased production capacity.
