GKN Aerospace Norway AS has completed a sale and leaseback of its premises in Kongsberg Technology Park to KTP Invest AS, securing a long-term lease to maintain operations. The transaction, facilitated by Arctic Securities and managed by Arctic Real Estate Management AS, allows GKN to enhance financial flexibility while continuing production at the strategic site.

This financing mechanism supports GKN's expansion plans amidst rising demand in civil and defense aviation markets. Construction of new production facilities is set to begin in the new year, focusing on modern machinery and production technologies to increase output and operational efficiency.
