Glamox to Supply LED Lighting for US Navy's Future USNS James D Fairbanks T-ATS 13
Glamox has secured a contract with Austal USA to provide LED lighting for the USNS James D Fairbanks (T-ATS 13), the latest Navajo-Class Towing, Salvage, and Rescue ship for the US Navy. This contract adds to Glamox's previous agreements for eight T-ATS vessels. The delivery of 914 lights, including navigation and explosion-proof lighting, is scheduled for Spring 2026, with installation at Austal's Mobile, Alabama shipyard.

Glamox has been awarded a contract by Austal USA to supply LED marine lighting for the future USNS James D Fairbanks (T-ATS 13), part of the Navajo-Class Towing, Salvage, and Rescue ships for the US Navy. This contract brings the total to eight T-ATS ships Glamox is lighting.
The delivery will include 914 lights, such as navigation lights and explosion-proof lighting, set for Spring 2026 installation at Austal's Mobile, Alabama facility. T-ATS vessels will enhance towing, salvage, and rescue operations and support various missions with their multi-mission hull design and 6,000 square feet of deck space.
