Global Vision Investment Fund has signed a financing agreement with Banca Comercială Română (BCR) for €12.7 million to fund construction works for the Diehl Aviation industrial project in Craiova. The financing includes a development credit facility with a top-up mechanism applicable upon project completion, aimed at developing the industrial asset currently under construction.

Diehl Aviation commenced construction of an aerospace components factory in Craiova in late July 2025, which will collaborate with the group’s facilities in Hungary and Germany. The construction project is primarily planned and executed by Global Vision.

Legal assistance was provided to Global Vision by the law firm Filip & Company during the contract signing process. Diehl Aviation specializes in providing systems and components for military aircraft and is part of the Diehl Group, which also includes Diehl Defense, known for producing missile systems.
