GoodBytz, founded in 2021 in Hamburg, has created an AI-based cooking robot that automates the preparation of various dishes. The system employs Fanuc industrial robots that meet food processing standards, utilizing food-safe materials and resistant to heat and moisture.

The robots can manage multiple pots to prepare meals fresh on demand. The Robotics Award 2026 from Deutsche Messe AG recognizes this innovation, granting an exhibition space at Hannover Messe. Targeted sectors include hospitals, universities, and military applications, with GoodBytz anticipating a growing market due to labor shortages in the food industry.
