GRSE Delivers Three Warships to Indian Navy on March 30, 2026
Garden Reach Shipbuilders and Engineers Ltd (GRSE) successfully delivered three warships, including the advanced frigate Dunagiri, to the Indian Navy. This delivery marks a milestone in Indian indigenous defense manufacturing and enhances the Navy's operational capabilities.

On March 30, 2026, GRSE delivered three naval platforms: the guided missile frigate Dunagiri, the Survey Vessel Sanshodhak, and the Anti-Submarine Warfare Craft Agray. This achievement brings GRSE's total warships built to 118, with 80 for the Indian Navy.
Dunagiri, measuring 149 meters and weighing 6,670 tonnes, is equipped with advanced missile systems and a modern combat management system. Sanshodhak, launched on June 13, 2023, enhances hydrographic capabilities, while Agray, launched on March 13, 2024, focuses on sub-surface surveillance. The deliveries reflect GRSE's efficient project management and strengthened production capacity, crucial for meeting India's maritime defense needs.
