GS Engineering & Construction to Sell Units in Yeoksam Central Xi, Seoul; Hoban Group Breaks Ground on Hwajinpo Resort

GS Engineering & Construction will start selling units for the 'Yeoksam Central Xi' complex in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, on December 15. The complex features 237 households across B3 to 17F and is located near Seolleung Station and Hanti Station, providing access to educational institutions like Dogok Elementary School and Dankook University Affiliated Middle and High School.

The price cap system is expected to allow a market price profit of about 1 billion Korean won for lottery winners. Separately, Hoban Group held a groundbreaking ceremony on December 11 for the 'Initial Company Relocation Project' with the 22nd Infantry Division in Goseong County, Gangwon Province. This project is part of the 'Hwajinpo International Resort and Tourism Complex Development Project,' which aims to develop a resort with accommodations, dining, leisure, and shopping facilities.
