With these transactions, GSP aims to strengthen its position as a global partner in precision manufacturing for aerospace, defense, and semiconductor sectors.

Lush, established in 1952 in the UK, provides vacuum processing services and will be integrated into GSP's subsidiary F.T. Gearing Systems. Headwater contributes advanced manufacturing assets, including robotics and coating technologies, further expanding GSP's operational excellence.
