Strabag Real Estate has secured Habyt as an anchor tenant for its development at Hanauer Straße 1011 in Munich, leasing approximately 6,000 m² for a boarding house featuring 148 rooms. The overall project, covering a total area of 37,000 m², is scheduled for completion in 2028.

The development incorporates various uses, ecological standards, and urban quality of life, including amenities such as a sauna, gym, and café. The project aims for energy-neutral operations through photovoltaic façades and geothermal energy, as well as compliance with EU taxonomy and DGNB certification. Located in Munich's Moosach district, the site is accessible by two underground lines and private transport.
