Hai Robotics announced an upgrade to its HaiPick Climb automated storage and picking system, enhancing performance and flexibility. The system can deliver totes in under two minutes, achieving up to 4,000 deliveries per hour, thus improving fulfillment accuracy during peak demand.

It supports up to 45,000 totes within a compact footprint of 10,764 sq. ft., avoiding the need for facility expansion. The upgrade allows for handling of cartons and eaches without manual decanting and maintains efficient goods-to-person workflows. It accommodates mixed packaging formats and multiple workflows within a single framework.
