HawkEye 360 Raises $23 Million, Expands European Defense Partnerships
HawkEye 360 has closed an additional $23 million in its Series E funding round, with new investments from Ghisallo, Principia Growth, and Sixty Degree Capital. The funding will enhance its signals intelligence platform and support a European Ministry of Defense contract for electronic warfare worth up to $75 million. The company aims to strengthen its balance sheet and expand capabilities, focusing on integrating Innovative Signal Analysis technologies and serving defense clients in Europe.

HawkEye 360 has also secured a contract with a European Ministry of Defense for a multi-year electronic warfare program valued at up to $75 million. This contract will provide subscription services for Air Defense and GPS Interference Monitoring, aiding European defense efforts in monitoring air defense scenarios. The company is focusing on expanding its capabilities to meet evolving defense requirements across Europe.
