HC Capital Partners and Herrmann Family Companies have unveiled plans for Energy Ranch, a 1,500+ acre power and data infrastructure campus in South Texas. Part of Wrangler Infrastructure's Power and Water Hub, the site aims to support next-generation digital infrastructure with integrated energy and water solutions, leveraging access to extensive natural gas transmission pipelines and a planned 765-kV transmission line for scalable power delivery.

HC Capital Partners and Herrmann Family Companies have announced the development of Energy Ranch, a 1,500+ acre power and data infrastructure campus in South Texas. This site is part of Wrangler Infrastructure's designated Power and Water Hub and is designed to support next-generation digital infrastructure with integrated energy and water solutions.
Wrangler Infrastructure will oversee the development of power-linked infrastructure assets for Energy Ranch. The location offers access to large volume natural gas transmission pipelines, midstream systems, existing purchase power sources, and a planned 765-kV transmission line, ensuring scalable and resilient power delivery.
