Helicopter Alliance has signed a five-year framework agreement with SAF Aerogroup for the procurement of 10 UH-60 Black Hawk helicopters, with four units ordered from its subsidiary Ace Aeronautics. Deliveries are scheduled to commence in Q4 2026.

The U.S. Army has divested over 400 UH-60s globally, many converted for firefighting operations. This partnership aims to address the rising demand for firefighting helicopters in Europe and the Mediterranean, bolstering Helicopter Alliance's capabilities in providing mission-ready support for aerial firefighting.
