HFCL Establishes HFCL Advance Systems with ₹1,570 Crore Export Orders in Defence Sector
HFCL has launched HFCL Advance Systems Private Limited (HASPL) to consolidate its defence and aerospace operations, starting with an export order book of ₹1,570 crore. The subsidiary will integrate capabilities in aerostructures, aeronautics, radar systems, and thermal weapon sights. The consolidation involves acquiring Spiral EHL Engineering and includes expanding manufacturing facilities in Gurugram and Bengaluru. The initiative aligns with India's 'Make in India' program to boost domestic defence production and exports.

HFCL has created HFCL Advance Systems Private Limited (HASPL) to consolidate its defence and aerospace businesses, with confirmed export orders worth ₹1,570 crore. HASPL will integrate capabilities across aerostructures, aeronautics, radar systems, and thermal weapon sights.
The consolidation includes acquiring Spiral EHL Engineering, which will acquire Defsys Solutions' aerostructure and aeronautics business. HFCL will retain majority ownership, and manufacturing facilities are planned in Gurugram and Bengaluru.
India's defence procurement under the 'Make in India' initiative emphasizes local sourcing, with HASPL aiming for a total confirmed order book of ₹1,680 crore, including ₹110 crore in domestic orders. Transactions are expected to be finalized by May 31, 2026.
