HFCL Invests ₹175 Crore to Expand Defence Business through New Subsidiary HASPL
HFCL Limited has announced a ₹175 crore investment to expand its Defence business via its new subsidiary, HFCL Advance Systems Private Limited (HASPL). The investment will focus on aeronautics and aerostructure segments, consolidating capabilities in radar systems and thermal weapon sights. HASPL will acquire a 100% stake in Spiral EHL Engineering and an 80% stake in Raddef Private Limited, integrating multiple defence technologies under one platform, supported by a confirmed export order book of ₹1,570 crore. Transaction agreements are expected to be finalized by May 31, 2026.
