HJI Supply Chain Solutions has partnered with Cartesian Kinetics to deploy the Carte+ Omni Rack Robotics system at its fulfillment center in Louisville, Kentucky. The system will automate manual picking processes, allowing for a throughput increase of up to 5X while cutting labor needs by 50%.

The Carte+ solution is designed for easy integration into existing warehouse layouts, enabling rapid deployment without disrupting operations. Once operational by Spring 2026, HJI expects to process over 400 units per hour, enhancing its capacity to meet customer demand and positioning itself as a key player in the 3PL sector.
