Houlihan Lokey Inc. appointed Géraud Estrangin as managing director in its Industrials Group, based in Paris. Estrangin will focus on aerospace and defense transactions in Europe and support France-related deals for the global group.

He has nearly 30 years of investment banking experience and co-founded Lincoln International's Paris office. His appointment comes as the firm's Aerospace, Defense & Government practice completed approximately 30 transactions in the past 18 months.
