HyProMag USA and Intelligent Lifecycle Solutions commissioned an Inserma pre-processing system at ILS's Williston, SC facility, capable of separating magnets from over 60,000 hard disk drives weekly. This marks a milestone in HyProMag's U.S. magnet recycling platform and supports a broader 'hub-and-spoke' manufacturing strategy.

The facility is expected to create 90-100 skilled jobs. The Inserma system exemplifies urban mining, recovering valuable rare earth materials for use in technologies such as electric vehicles and defense systems. The Dallas-Fort Worth hub will utilize HyProMag's Hydrogen Processing technology for magnet recycling, contributing to a scalable U.S. recycling ecosystem.
