ICON has introduced its Titanium robotic 3D construction platform for external purchase by construction companies, moving away from its previous service model. A $5,000 deposit is required to reserve a unit, with a total cost of $899,000.
Designed for multi-story wall systems, Titanium offers a significant cost reduction of around 40% compared to conventional wall systems, estimated at $20 per square foot. The platform includes robotics, software, building materials, architectural services, and financing options.
Initial deliveries are expected in early 2027, with training starting in Q3 2026. ICON plans to use Titanium for housing projects, including initiatives for the unhoused and other community developments.
