ideaForge Initiates Rs 500 Crore QIP for Expansion into Drones and Logistics
ideaForge Technology is conducting a QIP to raise Rs 500 crore aimed at strengthening capital and reducing debt. This initiative follows a strong Q4 performance, with revenues increasing significantly, indicating potential for growth in defense and logistics sectors.

ideaForge Technology has launched a qualified institutional placement (QIP) to raise up to Rs 500 crore, approved on 7 July 2026, with a floor price set at Rs 835.86 per share. The company intends to allocate Rs 165 crore for working capital, Rs 120 crore for debt repayment, and Rs 90 crore for product development, while exploring expansion into combat drones and logistics.
Following a strong Q4, revenue surged to Rs 141 crore, with a PAT of Rs 60 crore. The firm aims to develop precision-strike capabilities and a middle-mile logistics platform, YETI, focusing initially on military applications. Additionally, ideaForge has secured international orders and is enhancing its technology base through strategic partnerships.
