IMM Credit & Solution Invests 100 Billion Won in Hana Micron Bonds
IMM Credit & Solution is set to acquire 100 billion won in exchangeable bonds linked to Hana Micron, closing on September 14. This investment targets the growth potential of Hana Micron amid rising demand for semiconductor back-end processes.

IMM Credit & Solution (ICS) will acquire 100 billion won in exchangeable bonds from Hana Materials, with a closing date of September 14. The bonds enable a stake conversion in Hana Micron, a semiconductor back-end firm.
This investment is ICS's third in exchangeable bonds, following previous investments in Hyundai Heavy Industries and SNT Group. ICS anticipates that increased outsourcing of back-end processes will enhance Hana Micron's mid- to long-term growth, especially with the rising demand for advanced semiconductor packaging and testing. The investment reflects confidence in Hana Micron's competitiveness in the AI semiconductor market and the global supply chain restructuring.
