Inauguration of Criogas-Vysotsk LNG Plant in Vysotsk, Russia
The Criogas-Vysotsk LNG plant was inaugurated on April 24, 2019, in Vysotsk, Leningrad region, Russia, with President Putin officiating the start. TGE Gas Engineering, led by CEO Markus Eker, faced challenges due to the plant's location near St. Petersburg. The facility features two lines with an initial capacity of 330,000 tons per year, with plans to increase total capacity to 1.8 million tons by the end of 2020.

The Criogas-Vysotsk LNG plant was officially launched on April 24, 2019, during a video conference with Russian President Vladimir Putin. TGE Gas Engineering, represented by CEO Markus Eker, oversaw the project, which encountered challenges due to its location near St.
Petersburg. The plant consists of two technological lines, each with a capacity of 330,000 tons per year, and the second line is expected to be operational by the end of 2020, increasing capacity to 1.8 million tons annually. The first loading of liquefied natural gas occurred during the launch, with gas delivered to the tanker Coral Anthelia.
