Inauguration of Parshuram Kund Mela and National Flag Unfurling in Arunachal Pradesh
Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein and Lt Gen Abhijit S Pendharkar inaugurated the Parshuram Kund Mela and unfurled the national flag in Lohit district on January 13, emphasizing the flag's representation of unity and national pride. Mein also acknowledged local contributions and the spiritual importance of Parshuram Kund, while inaugurating a new guest house to promote local employment and sustainable tourism. The event drew various dignitaries and a large crowd of devotees.
