India and Norway Commit to Strengthening Bilateral Ties and WTO Reforms
India's Union Minister of Commerce and Industry, Piyush Goyal, emphasized the country's commitment to strengthening bilateral relations with Norway and advancing WTO reforms during talks with Norwegian Foreign Minister Espen Barth Eide. He also discussed defense innovation under the Make in India initiative with Anduril Technologies' CEO and engaged with the American Intellectual Property Law Association to enhance India's IP laws and boost global competitiveness.

Piyush Goyal, India's Union Minister of Commerce and Industry, affirmed the nation's commitment to strengthening ties with Norway and advancing WTO reforms during discussions with Norwegian Foreign Minister Espen Barth Eide. Goyal expressed eagerness to collaborate for the upcoming WTO Ministerial Conference.
He also engaged with Brian Schimpf, CEO of Anduril Technologies, focusing on enhancing defense innovation in India under the Make in India initiative. Furthermore, Goyal met the American Intellectual Property Law Association delegation to discuss improvements in India's IP laws and promote global competitiveness.
