IntelliGRC Secures $3.5 Million Seed Funding for Cybersecurity GRCaaS Platform
IntelliGRC has raised $3.5 million in seed funding to enhance its cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance platform for managed service providers. The funding, completed on January 31, 2026, will support product innovation and expand AI capabilities. Co-led by Blu Ventures and Huntress CEO Kyle Hanslovan, the investment aims to modernize compliance operations and improve scalability for service providers. Additional investors include various cybersecurity leaders and advisors from the MSP ecosystem.

IntelliGRC closed a $3.5 million seed funding round on January 31, 2026, aimed at enhancing its governance, risk, and compliance as a service (GRCaaS) platform for managed service providers (MSPs). Co-led by Blu Ventures and Huntress CEO Kyle Hanslovan, the funding will enable product innovation, AI capability expansion, and go-to-market acceleration.
The investment will also support the development of an Intelligent Control Library and parameter-driven remediation capabilities. IntelliGRC's mission is to democratize high-quality cybersecurity compliance, making it accessible for organizations of all sizes, particularly in the Defense Industrial Base (DIB).
