International Aerobatic Teams Prepare for SAIL250 in Baltimore
The Blue Angels, Royal Air Force, and Patrouille de France are participating in SAIL250 from June 24-30 in Baltimore. This event marks America's 250th anniversary, showcasing military aviation excellence and international camaraderie.

The SAIL250 event runs from June 24-30, 2026, celebrating America's 250th birthday in Baltimore. The Blue Angels will host an open house at Martin State Airport on June 27-28. The Royal Air Force's Red Arrows will perform over Baltimore, having traveled from the UK without mid-air refueling capabilities.
Their journey involved multiple stops across Iceland, Greenland, and Canada. Capt. Adam Bryan of the Blue Angels highlighted the team's mission to inspire future aviators.
Meanwhile, the Patrouille de France is rehearsing synchronized aerobatics to contribute to the anniversary celebrations. The presence of these international teams underscores the importance of global partnerships in aviation.
