Intracom Defense Receives NATO Approval for USV Standardization Project
Intracom Defense has secured approval from the NATO Accelerating Interoperability and Standardization Fund for its project focused on the standardization of Unmanned Surface Vehicles (USV). The initiative aims to develop guidelines and recommendations for NATO by analyzing existing standards and fostering collaborations with external organizations and the defense industry. As the primary contractor, IDE will work alongside Defense Standardization Advice and ASTM International to enhance USV interoperability.

Intracom Defense (IDE) has received approval from the NATO Accelerating Interoperability and Standardization (AIS) Fund for its project titled 'Unmanned Surface Vehicles (USV) Standardization: Current Status and Future Outlook.' The project aims to enhance USV standardization by developing guidelines and recommendations for NATO.
IDE will analyze NATO and non-NATO standards and certification frameworks and suggest collaborations with external standards developing organizations and the defense industry. IDE is the primary contractor and will collaborate with Defense Standardization Advice and ASTM International.
