Israel Bulldozes Land Near Atouf for Military Road, Intensifies Checkpoint Measures in Ramallah
Israeli forces have continued bulldozing land east of Atouf in the northern Jordan Valley for three consecutive days, aiming to construct a new military road for army and settler movement. The Al-Baydar human rights organization reported that this operation is damaging agricultural land and threatening local livelihoods.
Concurrently, Israeli forces intensified military measures at the Ein Sinya checkpoint north of Ramallah, obstructing entry and exit from the city, leading to severe traffic congestion. Checkpoints are routinely established in Ramallah, limiting residents' movement. Additionally, Israeli forces raided the Jalazone refugee camp near Ramallah, though no arrests were reported.
