The Ministry of Finance has reported that the estimated direct costs of Operation Roaring Lion have reached approximately NIS 35 billion. Of this amount, NIS 22 billion has been allocated to defense expenditures, facilitating procurement and the mobilization of reserve forces.
Additionally, NIS 12 billion is earmarked for compensation programs aimed at businesses and workers impacted by the conflict, including assistance for property damage. An additional NIS 1 billion has been assigned to civilian needs, such as healthcare adjustments and support for local authorities.
