Italian Aerospace Exports to the U.S. Increase by 8% Ahead of Seattle Summit
Italian aerospace exports to the U.S. reached $1.71 billion in 2025, representing a 7.94% increase from the previous year, compared to a 1.53% rise in total U.S. aerospace imports. Italy's market share in U.S. aerospace imports climbed to 4.05%.
The aircraft and helicopter components sector surged by 23.27% to $1.038 billion, contributing over 60% of Italian exports. Virginia and Texas were the primary destinations, accounting for 53.69% of exports.
The Aerospace & Defense Supplier Summit in Seattle on March 18-19 will feature 21 Italian companies and aims to enhance supply-chain connections. Following this, the mission will continue to the Satellite Show in Washington, D.C., on March 23.
