Ivory Coast President Ouattara Restructures Government, Appoints New Deputy Prime Minister
Ivorian President Alassane Ouattara has restructured his government, appointing Prime Minister Robert Beugre Mambe to lead the new cabinet, which includes the newly created position of Deputy Prime Minister held by Tene Birahima Ouattara. The reshuffle features several women in prominent roles and retains many former ministers while introducing technocrats with expertise in various sectors. Notable appointments include Anne Desiree Ouloto as Minister of Public Service and Niale Kaba as Minister of Foreign Affairs.

Ivorian President Alassane Ouattara appointed a new government led by Prime Minister Robert Beugre Mambe on January 24. The reshuffle introduces the position of Deputy Prime Minister, held by Tene Birahima Ouattara, the president's brother, who also serves as Minister of Defense.
The new cabinet includes several women in key roles, such as Anne Desiree Ouloto as Minister of Public Service and Niale Kaba as Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation. While many former ministers remain in the government, some have adjusted portfolios. The cabinet also features technocrats, including Yacouba Hien Sie from the Abidjan Port Authority and Jean-Louis Moulot, recognized for his expertise in airport development, along with new appointees Djibril Ouattara, Abou Bamba, and Bernard Kini Comoe.
