J H Marshall's Secures Grant for Solar Panel Installation to Enhance Energy Efficiency
J H Marshall's received a 50% grant from Wolverhampton Council to install solar panels, projected to save over £3,775 annually. The initiative aims for carbon neutrality by 2027, targeting a 30% reduction in emissions and enhancing energy efficiency.

J H Marshall's is set to install solar panels following a 50% grant secured from Wolverhampton Council, aimed at achieving annual savings exceeding £3,775 and reducing carbon emissions by over 30%. The installation is expected to lower energy consumption by more than 50% monthly and cut electricity bills by up to 75% during summer months.
Future recommendations include investing in a duct system to utilize warm air from the compressor, potentially reducing energy costs and emissions by 38%. This investment may lead to the creation of two additional full-time roles within 18 months, while smart meters and inverters will enhance energy monitoring and efficiency.
