Japan's Hydrogen Ambitions: Navigating Cost, Infrastructure, and Technological Challenges in the Energy Transition

As Japan pursues its ambitious goal of achieving net-zero emissions by 2050, the nation faces significant challenges in transitioning from natural gas to green hydrogen. With a heavy reliance on imported fossil fuels and a retreat from nuclear energy post-Fukushima, Japan is re-evaluating its energy strategies.
