RoboNow, a subsidiary of Shanghai Jushen Technology launched in March 2026, utilizes a Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS) model, establishing a standardized leasing network across regions including China, North America, and Europe.
The collaboration anticipates expanding applications in entertainment, elderly care, and specialized cleaning. JD Service has also developed a SaaS platform for after-sales management, serving various robot brands.
