JFLCO Forms New Environmental Services Platform with Acquisition of RTI and Tradewater
JF Lehman & Company has launched a new environmental services platform by acquiring Reclamation Technologies USA and Tradewater LLC, focusing on closed loop services for gas waste management. Appointing Jeff Laborsky as CEO and Katelyn Imrie as president, the platform aims to enhance lifecycle management of industrial gases and methane mitigation, with Tradewater targeting the elimination of over 30 million tons of CO₂ equivalent emissions by 2030.

JF Lehman & Company (JFLCO) has established a new environmental services platform through the acquisition of Reclamation Technologies USA and Tradewater LLC. The financial terms were not disclosed. This merger aims to provide closed loop services for gas waste management, including collection, processing, reclamation, and destruction.
JFLCO has appointed Jeff Laborsky as CEO and Katelyn Imrie as president of the platform. Rodney Pierce continues as president of RTI, while Kirsten Dueck has been named CEO of Tradewater. The acquisitions represent foundational investments to tap into the lifecycle management of industrial gases and methane mitigation.
Tradewater aims to eliminate over 30 million tons of CO₂ equivalent emissions by 2030 and has already removed over 10.6 million tons since its inception. The partnership is focused on growth through acquisitions and enhancing operational capabilities.
