JHNA, CTSi, and EXPANSIA Merge to Form New Defense Technology Company
John H. Northrop & Associates, Coherent Technical Services, and EXPANSIA Group have merged to establish a new defense technology company, supported by Falfurrias Management Partners. The company will focus on providing digital engineering, modeling and simulation, and advanced fabrication solutions for military operations, while addressing modernization challenges across various domains. Ian Northrop will lead the new entity, which represents Falfurrias' fifth investment in federal government services.

John H. Northrop & Associates, Coherent Technical Services, and EXPANSIA Group have merged to create a new national defense technology company supported by Falfurrias Management Partners. The new entity will provide digital engineering, modeling and simulation, and advanced fabrication solutions for warfighters and program offices.
The organization will address challenges in modernization and readiness across land, sea, air, and space missions, incorporating CTSi's Mudbucket™ system for upgrades. Ian Northrop will lead the platform, with Marybeth Wootton, Joe Price, and Grant Hundley on the board. This marks Falfurrias' fifth investment in federal government services.
