Jiangsu Guofu Hydrogen Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. has signed a pre-purchase order agreement with Line Hydrogen (Australia) Pty Ltd to supply hydrogen production, refueling, and storage equipment for hydrogen projects in Tasmania, Australia. The scope includes water electrolysis systems, hydrogen refueling station equipment, and installation services.

The project, located near Bell Bay, aims to initially produce 1.69 tonnes of green hydrogen daily, scaling up to nearly 15 tonnes. It is expected to collocate with the 4.95MW Bell Bay Solar Farm. While the agreement is pending a formal purchase order, it is a significant step for Jiangsu Guofu in entering the Australian market and reducing project development risks. The company is expanding its international presence, including plans for a 250MW electrolyser facility in Germany with RCT Group.
