JinkoSolar Launches AIDC Solar Panels for Data Centre Energy Demands
JinkoSolar has launched AIDC photovoltaic modules, designed for data centres and AI infrastructure, featuring up to 24.8% efficiency and 670 W power output. The modules focus on energy yield and lifecycle cost reduction, with high bifaciality and low irradiance performance. They meet IEC 61730-2:2023 and UL 790 Class A safety standards, ensuring reliability in extreme environments. The launch positions JinkoSolar as a leader in sustainable energy solutions for the growing data centre sector.

JinkoSolar has launched its AIDC photovoltaic modules tailored for the energy demands of data centres and AI-driven infrastructure. Unveiled in Shanghai on March 20, these modules utilize the Tiger Neo 3.0 TOPCon technology platform, achieving front side efficiency of 24.8% or higher and a power output of 670 W or more.
The modules feature a high bifaciality of 85% ± 5%, allowing total output to reach up to 844 W under optimal conditions. They are optimized for low irradiance performance, maintaining stable output even in low light conditions.
Safety features include compliance with IEC 61730-2:2023 and UL 790 Class A standards, and resilience tested against hail and mechanical loads. This launch aims to support the growing demand for clean energy in the global data centre sector.
