Josh Feldmann Appointed as Buffalo District Deputy for Planning, Programs and Project Management
Josh Feldmann has been appointed as the new District Deputy for Planning, Programs and Project Management for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Buffalo District. With 22 years at USACE, he aims to enable mission success by providing oversight and support for project execution. Feldmann previously served as the acting DPM and chief of the Operations and Regulatory Division, showcasing proven leadership and institutional knowledge. His role involves collaborating with state and local partners to enhance project delivery in support of the Army Civil Works program.
