Aydin Mohtashamian has been appointed president of Kagwerks and DTC North America. He brings over 20 years of experience in defense technology, integrated sensing, unmanned aircraft systems, and C5ISR platforms.

Mohtashamian previously worked at Parry Labs and served as president of QinetiQ's C5ISR solutions business. He has a strong background in leading technology organizations, focusing on growth and partnerships in the defense sector.

In 2024, Codan acquired Kagwerks to enhance its tactical military radio systems offerings. Kagwerks secured a U.S. Army contract in 2022 for a chest-worn networking hub supporting the Nett Warrior program.
