Kaiser Aluminum Reports Strong Q1 2026 Earnings Amid Rising Demand
Kaiser Aluminum achieved $1.1 billion in net sales for Q1 2026, shipping 294 million pounds of aluminum. The company anticipates continued growth driven by strong demand across aerospace and defense sectors.

Kaiser Aluminum reported net sales of $1.1 billion for the first quarter of 2026, marking an increase from $777 million in Q1 2025, driven by shipments of 294 million pounds of aluminum. The company’s stock reached an all-time high of $177.86, up more than 43.5% year-to-date.
With a focus on aerospace applications, Kaiser has seen demand grow significantly, particularly in defense due to the ongoing conflict in Iran. Despite a drop in manufacturing jobs in the Spokane region, Kaiser’s operations remain crucial to the local economy, providing significant indirect employment and economic benefits. The company is investing in its Trentwood facility to meet the increasing demand for specialized aluminum products.
