Kandi Technologies and HawkRobo Form Joint Venture KH Robotics for Autonomous Security Robots in North America
Kandi Technologies and HawkRobo Systems have announced a partnership to create KH Robotics, focusing on autonomous security robots in North America. Kandi will hold a 70% stake, leveraging its manufacturing and supply chain expertise, while HawkRobo will provide AI and robotics technology. KH Robotics aims to develop tailored robotic security solutions for logistics parks, with initial deployments expected in 2026 under CEO Oliver Zhang.

Kandi Technologies Group, Inc. and HawkRobo Systems LLC have formed a joint venture named KH Robotics to commercialize autonomous quadruped security robots in North America. Kandi will control 70% of KH Robotics through its subsidiary in China, combining its manufacturing capabilities with HawkRobo's AI technology.
KH Robotics will initially focus on logistics parks, providing robotic solutions for intelligent surveillance. The venture aims for commercial readiness and customer deliveries in 2026, led by CEO Oliver Zhang, who has extensive experience in the North American security market.
